Subprocessors

These are the third-party services that may process personal information on our behalf when you use Intelacis. Each one is used only for the purpose described, and only to the extent needed to run the service.

This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy. We will update it when we add or remove a provider.

All providers listed below process data in the United States unless noted.

Hosting and data storage

• Vercel — hosts the application and serves it over its network. Handles

application logs and request metadata.

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage. Holds business

records, account holder details, conversation content, and leads. Encrypted at rest, with access controls restricting each business to its own data.

• Upstash — short-lived counters used for rate limiting and caching. Holds

request identifiers only; no conversation content.

AI providers

• OpenAI — generates the assistant's replies and converts business content

into a searchable form. Receives conversation content and the business information the account holder has supplied.

• Firecrawl — reads an account holder's own website during setup so the

assistant can answer questions about it. Receives the website address and the public page content it retrieves.

Messaging and communications

• Twilio — sends and receives text messages and handles call forwarding.

Receives phone numbers, message content, and call metadata. Some processing may occur globally through carrier networks.

• Resend — sends email, including notifications to account holders and

automated follow-ups where a business has set them up.

• Meta — used only when an account holder connects a Facebook or Instagram

page, to send and receive messages on that page. Receives message content and the platform account identifiers of people who message the page. Meta operates globally.

• Google — used only when an account holder connects Google Calendar, for

booking. Receives calendar and booking details. Google operates globally.

Payments

• Stripe — processes subscription payments and usage-based billing for

account holders. Handles payment card details directly; Intelacis never receives or stores full card numbers.

Monitoring and analytics

• Sentry — records application errors so we can diagnose faults.
• PostHog — product analytics covering how the application is used.
• Axiom — application logging. Our logging is configured to exclude message

content and contact details.
